Our Services
Our aim is to fully involve you in every aspect of your support and or care.
We aim to provide a high quality individualised, personal care and support service to people within their own home. We will complete your support and care plans with you, noting your preferences and wishes to ensure you are receiving the support/care you both want and need. We encourage your feedback and that of relatives to continually improve the service we provide.
This will be achieved through welcoming and monitoring compliments, concerns and complaints that are raised as well as a quality assurance process which will be completed annually. The Registered Manager will meet you initially, prior to your support commencing to complete an assessment and find out about the support/care you would like. Regular follow up visits to see how your support is going can be arranged if you would like them.
Although we specialise in supporting people with a learning disability living in their own home who wish to gain in independence, we are aware that other people would also benefit from such support. Therefore, we can also provide services to people with a physical disability and older people who may require support and care in their own home.
We also recognise that some of the people we support may have associated mental health problems. We work in partnership with other professionals to ensure consistency and good communication to improve the service we provide to you.
